Patients Prescription -- Return & Refund Policy

  • In the event of the following: If You are an enrolled by your Doctor into the G-MEDS service – if YOU receive tampered products or incorrect products, or you become aware of missing product or additional products – please contact the Company immediately using the contact information provided below or on the packaging. Follow the instructions provided by the customer service agent, including taking pictures and sending it to the Company for investigations and return the products to the Company’s appointed delivery partner. The Customer service agent will update your doctor, if required, and will arrange for a full/partial replacement of products, unless the product packaging has been tampered by Customs. The local Customs authority reserves the right to inspect all in-bound packages, which may sometimes result in the medication package being opened.

  • In the event an order is cancelled, not limited to an incorrect prescription by your doctor or you amending/cancelling your order, the Company’s appointed customer service agent will issue a refund which will be based on the sole discretion of the Company, based on the circumstances / timing of the cancellation.
